Buttercups and raindrops
A quick outdoor mini shoot with my daughter on her last day of school.
It was her last day of primary 1, she was a little emotional, and I said, ‘let’s have a fun little photoshoot to remember this day! We drove home, put on a dress, fixed her hair and grabbed the wellie boots! It was raining, so we picked up the umbrella, jumped in the car and drove a few minutes from our house. I found a little spot on the roadside and knew it would be perfect.
She giggled, laughed and also complained about the long grass tickling her legs, but……. look at the images I captured in the 10-15 mins we were shooting. Outdoor sessions are not something I offer, but after this little shoot, I think maybe time I add them to my services, as these are just precious. Sometimes we let the rain stop us from doing things, today i am so glad i didn’t.
As for the locations, what you see most likely isn’t what I see. I have attached an image of the spot where these were taken, and it’s probably not what you think it is from the final images.
